Press 'Menu'.Scroll to 'Messages' and press 'Select'.
Scroll to 'Write Messages' and press 'Select'.
Use your keypad to type in your message.
Press 'Option'.
Select 'Send' and press 'OK'.
Enter your friend's phone number and press 'OK' to send
